2. Non-Refundable Deposit:

  • Clients are required to pay a deposit online when booking our services.

  • The deposit is non-refundable and covers our time, fuel, and labor costs.

  • Even if we are unable to fix the device on-site, the deposit remains non-refundable.

3. Use of Deposit for Repair Requests:

  • The deposit can be applied towards larger or more expensive repair requests.

  • For extensive repairs, the total repair amount must be paid in full before we commence the repair work.

4. Service Delivery and Completion:

  • Upon receiving the full payment for repair requests, we will deliver and start the repair work promptly.

  • We strive to complete all repairs efficiently and to the highest standards.

5. Limitation of Liability:

  • Round Robin Repairs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
